Do we need to get over making a mistake? 

Always bear in mind that nobody is flawless, and it is all right to make a mistake. You learn through every mistake, the magnitude just doesn't matter. Mistakes assist you to evolve as a person, you are always one step ahead than the individual who doesn't attempt at all.
