How I Finally Booked House of Cards After 14 Auditions

Over two years, I auditioned for House of Cards fourteen times through different agents and three different casting directors. Some went great. I got callbacks, got asked for availability, and still didn't book. On the fifteenth, I booked a recurring role playing Ellen Burstyn's caretaker.
